THE PHILOSOPHY AT COUNTERTOP IS A SIMPLE ONE; TO MAKE AFFORDABLE WINES THAT TASTE GREAT AND CREATE REMARKABLE MEMORIES! It was the Countertop at Roger’s butcher shop where he and his good mate Chris would chat about their day and learn more about each other’s craft, until one day they decided that it would be a great idea to combine the two! The result is some great wines made from special parcels of grapes that Chris has grown on his vineyard which pair amazingly well with meals created with some of Roger’s favorite cuts of meat.
