The Milloo Street wetland system consists of a network of marsh and lagoons,on the edge of town. This 2.5 ha site provides unique opportunities for passive recreational pursuits such as nature walks and bird watching. Keep an eye out for Water Fowls, Grebes, Ducks, Cormorants and Frogs.
This wonderful bridge spanning the Murray River, was built in 1896 to provide a vital passage way for trade and commutes alike, between Victoria and New South Wales. Replacing a punt system, the bridge has a middle span way to allow river traffic to pass. The bridge still stands today in its original state.
