Description

This wine has been barrel fermented, lees stirred and matured. The result is a wonderfully complex wine, aromatically the wine relies on varietal spiced pear, but has a touch of charry oak, yeast complexity (a little sweet cheese cloth), and citrus.  I think of freshly squeezed lime.

The palate is simply sublime (pardon the pun) and in my opinion unparalleled. First up I get pear and peach, after 10 seconds in the mouth the wines flavours morphs into lime which really drives the wine to a balanced finish… like drinking a peachy sweet lime flavoured crisp air. I love this wine, it is simply YUM.
