MasterChef - Swan Hill

Swan Hill region was excited to host the first night of the Heston Week Road Trip. The jam packed episode set on the banks of the Murray River in our very own Pioneer Settlement had the 12 remaining contestants pushing their limits as they aimed to impress acclaimed judge Heston Blumenthal.

Featuring an array of the local produce we feast on daily in this rich food bowl of Victoria the contestants created dishes reflective of their river environment with the Mystery Box and Invention Test.
